AC Maintenance Team Leader

Job Description

First Point Group is looking for experienced AC Technicians (Team Leader level) with 5–10 years of work experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be skilled in air conditioning systems and also have solid knowledge of general building maintenance for apartments and villas.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Expertise in: Chilled Water Systems, Ductable AC Systems, DX Split Units (Inverter & Non-Inverter), Package Units.

Ability to carry out site inspections independently.

Strong client handling and communication skills on-site.

Knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including, electrical, plumbing and basic carpentry.

Requirements

5–10 years of relevant AC technician experience in Dubai

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Ready to join immediately

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
