A/C Technician

Position: AC Technician

Experience Required: 2–5 years (preferred in HVAC-RAC/CAC systems)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, ducted, VRF, chiller systems, etc.)
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform diagnostic tests
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
• Replace or repair faulty components (compressors, motors, valves, fans, etc.)
• Ensure system performance meets manufacturer standards
• Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company quality and safety policies
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to resolve technical issues

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with DX Units, VRF/VRV Systems, Ducting, FAHU, AHU, and chillers
• Familiar with electrical wiring, thermostats, and HVAC controls
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
• Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations
• Physically fit and capable of working in challenging environments

Other Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Must be able to join immediately or within short notice
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work overtime or on-call as needed
