Multi Skilled Technician

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience across multiple technical trades, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. This role requires versatility, problem solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing:

• Perform welding, brazing, and lead work.
• Repair domestic hot and cold water supplies.
• Clear and repair soil and wastewater systems.
• Conduct patch repairs on wall finishes, tiling, basic carpentry, and masonry work.

Electrical:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical components and systems.
• Troubleshoot faults and ensure electrical safety standards are met.
• Support maintenance of electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.

Mechanical:

• Inspect and maintain mechanical systems and equipment.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance according to company standards.
• Ensure operational reliability and compliance with maintenance procedures.

HVAC:

• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC systems.
• Repair, install, and service air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and control schematics accurately.

Skills and Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / BTech in a relevant technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or similar role.
• Proven knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Skilled in carpentry, painting, and basic repair work.
• Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and safe lifting/handling practices.
• Completed HVAC Course (BTech/Diploma/ITI) with solid understanding of HVAC electrical components, wiring, and controls.
• Must be available in the UAE for immediate interview and joining.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
