Multi Technician

SK EXCELLENCE TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC is looking for an experienced and skilled Multi Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and general handyman services. This role is crucial for maintaining our clients' facilities and ensuring that all technical systems are in optimal working condition.

Urgent Requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Work: Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting, and circuit breakers.
• Plumbing: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Air Conditioning (AC): Install, service, and repair AC units, ensuring efficient and reliable cooling systems.
• Handyman Services: Conduct general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, minor repairs, and other general handyman duties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across various systems, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential problems before they escalate.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure seamless operation and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards and company protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multi Technician with expertise in electrical, plumbing, AC, and handyman services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC fields.
• Experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Preferred Candidates are in Own Visa
