AC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to support the maintenance and servicing of air conditioning and cooling systems at our cement plant project site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial and commercial HVAC systems and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, site-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate at optimal performance.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock of spare parts and tools.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is done in compliance with site safety standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and report daily progress or issues encountered.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, preferably in industrial or construction project environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems related to air conditioning units.
• Ability to work independently and in outdoor site conditions.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in high-temperature environments.
• Immediate availability for a 3-month project.

3 Months (Contractual – May be extended based on project needs and performance)
