AC Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on centralized air conditioning systems, including Central Plants, AHUs, Package Units, FCUs, VRV, and split AC units.
• Handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, and pipe connections.
• Monitor system operations, identify faults, and report issues promptly to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, refrigeration principles, and HVAC control operations.
• Operate and maintain HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Apply basic electrical knowledge relevant to HVAC systems.
• Communicate clearly, work independently, and maintain a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and assist with additional duties as required.

Experience and Skills:

• NCVT Diploma or ITI Technical Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in facilities management or maintenance of high-rise buildings, villa complexes, commercial buildings, banks, schools, colleges, or hotels.
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to read and write in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
