AC Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily checking of all the ACs and systems for any breakdown or damage.
• Repair damage/ breakdown immediately
• AC Maintenance: check temperature, reset if it trips
• AHU – Air Handling Unit – Check filters, temperature, motor, belts and bearing.
• Works on the chillers: check if they trip and reset
• Split/Window AC: check gas and Clear Filter every 2 months.
• Changes compressor twice in an year (Else, as and when required)
• Attends to the Fire and Safety people during checking and inspection.
• Performs Electrical duties like fittings, replacing bulbs / wires, etc. as and when required
• Performs Plumbing duties like changing of pipes, jet sprays, joining the main-pipe, etc. as and when required
• Attends to all AC Maintenance needs of Business Units after getting approval of the immediate supervisor
• Informs the designated immediate supervisor as and when a problem occurs
• Repairs minor damages for tenants as and when required
• Ensures that equipment, and other materials required for the job are well maintained and properly stored
• Maintains proper procedure and discipline when entering the work place
• Be presentable and wear proper uniform at all times.
• Performs and submit daily checklist to the designated immediate supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: QAR1,600.00 per month
