AC Technician – Electric Bus Fleet

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500 per month with Brand New Company Accommodation Provided

We are currently hiring AC Technicians to join a newly established engineering team supporting a major public transport operation in Riyadh.

You will be working on a fleet of brand-new electric buses, supporting transport services connected to Six Flags Qiddiya — one of the Kingdom’s largest and most high-profile entertainment destinations.

This is a rare opportunity to join a flagship mobility project from the beginning and grow with the operation.

The Role

As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems on modern electric buses, ensuring passenger comfort and full operational reliability.

You will work within a professional workshop environment with clear safety procedures and structured engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in bus air conditioning systems
• Perform routine AC servicing and preventative maintenance
• Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerant systems
• Carry out gas charging and leak detection
• Ensure climate control systems meet operational standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all workshop HSE and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an AC Technician (buses, trucks, heavy vehicles, or commercial fleet preferred)
• Knowledge of vehicle HVAC systems
• Technical qualification or vocational training in AC / Refrigeration
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical AC faults
• Basic to working-level English required (Arabic not mandatory)
• Willingness to work shifts as required

Experience with electric or hybrid vehicles is an advantage but not essential.
