HVAC Technician – Facilities Management

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Nascom is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join the NASCOM Facility Management Team. The selected candidate will directly report to the Chief of Hard Services (CHS) and the Facility Management Director (FMD) and will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC systems across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, and package units.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in line with facility management standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal efficiency and energy management.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and technical reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and system failures.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems within the Facilities Management industry.
• Preference will be given to Gulf-experienced candidates.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting methods.
• Good understanding of safety standards and safe work practices.
• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

Salary & Benefits: Salary will be decided after the interview and will be based on qualifications, experience, and level of technical knowledge.
