AC Technician (Facilities Management Background)

Job Title: AC Technician
Location: MOPH, Doha
Salary: QAR 2,500/month
Contract Duration: 1 Month (Extendable)
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Work Days: 6 days per week

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician with a strong background in Facilities Management (FM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems while ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and air conditioning systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance for cooling systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities
• Coordinate with FM team for scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks
• Respond promptly to service requests and breakdowns

Requirements:

• ITI or Diploma in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration / Mechanical or related field
• Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in Facilities Management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
