AC TECHNICIANS REQUIRED

REPORTS TO: AC Senior Technician / M&P Supervisor

Job Summary:

Skilled and reliable AC technician to install, maintain and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems. The candidate shall ensure systems operate efficiently, safely and compliance with industry standards and responds to all emergency call promptly

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Install, inspect, maintain and repair air conditioning systems. Such as (Chiller, Air Handling Unit, Fan Coil Unit, Split, Window, Cassette, ducted, central AC and VRF/VRV systems)

· Conduct routine preventive maintenance.

· Conduct system performance checks.

· Diagnose electrical and mechanical air conditioning faults.

· Monitor temperature, humidity and air quality

· Replace or repair defective components such as motor, compressor, and all electrical and electronic items.

· Understand AC system electrical and mechanical schematic drawing.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulation.

· Comply with Environmental regulation.

· Communicate with other maintenance department activities.

· Coordinate with facilities housekeeping to obtain access

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

· Must have good English communication skill (Reading, Writing and Speaking).

· Physically fit to lift Window and Split AC and other components.

· Must be able to work independently and reliably.

· Must Have high level of expertise in installing new air conditioning systems

· Must Have high level of expertise to attend emergency repair and resolve issues.

· Must have deep understanding of fabricating equipment parts to meet specialty needs or replace parts that may not be readily available.

· Must have high level of expertise to search market for spare parts.

· Must have capability to lead AC Technicians.

· Must Have capability to lead AC annual maintenance contract

QUALIFICATION & EXPERINCE REQUIRED:

· High school diploma

· Certificate in HVAC & Refrigeration from a reputable vocational institute.

· Must have a minimum of (3) years of experience in hotel, resorts, residential complex maintenance

· Age below 30 years.
