ACA Sales Executive (Self-Closer) – Night Shift

About the Role

We are seeking high energy, results driven ACA Self Closers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end sales process for Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance plans. We are looking for individuals who can engage customers, explain complex benefits with clarity, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and eligibility verification to final enrollment.
• Client Consultation: Clearly explain ACA plan benefits and subsidies to potential clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options.
• Lead Management: Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while handling high-volume outbound or inbound leads.
• Compliance: Ensure all enrollments meet strict quality assurance and federal compliance standards.
• Performance Targets: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets to maximize your earning potential.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Self Closer in the ACA, Medicare, or Final Expense sectors is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build rapport and handle objections with confidence.
• Availability: Must be able to work the night shift from 5:45 PM to 4:00 AM.
• Work Ethic: A self-motivated attitude with a "closer" mentality and a hunger for high earnings.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software and VOIP dialers.

• Basic Salary: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 (depending on experience).
• Uncapped Bonuses: Performance-based incentives that can take your total take-home pay up to PKR 200,000+ per month.
