Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator with a strong background in education and curriculum planning. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Ed degree and have prior teaching or internship experience. The role involves overseeing academic operations, designing lesson plans and worksheets, and ensuring effective teaching methodologies across all grades.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and review lesson plans and worksheets aligned with curriculum objectives.

Coordinate academic activities between teachers, subject heads, and management.

Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and maintain academic quality standards.

Provide guidance and support to teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management.

Conduct classroom observations and share constructive feedback.
