Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator with a strong background in education and curriculum planning. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Ed degree and have prior teaching or internship experience. The role involves overseeing academic operations, designing lesson plans and worksheets, and ensuring effective teaching methodologies across all grades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and review lesson plans and worksheets aligned with curriculum objectives.
  • Coordinate academic activities between teachers, subject heads, and management.
  • Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and maintain academic quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management.
  • Conduct classroom observations and share constructive feedback.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, academic events, and assessments.
  • Maintain academic documentation, reports, and communication with parents (if required).
  • Collaborate with the curriculum team to develop innovative teaching aids and learning materials.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • B.Ed degree (mandatory) – additional qualification in education management is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of teaching or internship experience in a school environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lesson planning and worksheet designing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
