Academic coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Academic Coordinator with strong knowledge of education and curriculum planning. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Ed degree and have prior teaching or internship experience. This role focuses on overseeing academic operations, creating instructional materials, and supporting effective teaching across all classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and improve lesson plans and worksheets aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Serve as a key link between teachers, subject specialists, and school leadership to ensure seamless academic functioning.
• Track syllabus progress and maintain high academic standards.
• Guide and support teachers in delivering lessons effectively and implementing best classroom practices.
• Conduct classroom observations and offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
