Role Summary

As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring the academic framework across grades. You will ensure effective curriculum delivery, teacher support, and assessment management in line with CBSE standards and the school’s academic goals.

The position requires strong coordination, instructional leadership, and classroom observation skills. You will work closely with teachers, subject heads, and school leaders to enhance teaching quality, promote student engagement, and ensure academic excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing annual academic plans and timetables.
• Support teachers in lesson planning, instructional strategies, and classroom management.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with CBSE standards.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Organize and oversee assessments, examinations, and report card preparation.
• Coordinate with subject heads and ensure timely syllabus completion.
• Facilitate teacher training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement.
• Analyze student performance data and support remedial and enrichment programs.
• Maintain academic documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and students regarding academic progress.
• Collaborate with the Vice Principal / Principal on school improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (M.Ed / B.Ed ).
• 3–8 years of experience in teaching and academic coordination.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment systems.
• Experience in supporting teacher development and academic process monitoring
• Preferred Qualifications (if any)
• Certification in Academic Coordination / Instructional Leadership / Curriculum Development.
• Proficiency in using digital learning tools and school ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
