AN ACADEMIC COORDINATOR (not limited to the following)

1. Coordinate various faculty searches and maintain faculty search database.

2. Assist in screening and selecting faculty applications.

3. Manage orientation, training and relocation for new faculties.

4. Provide support and guidance to academic trainees.

5. Collaborate with faculty to conduct new student workshops.

6. Assist in selecting right student leaders.

7. Assist in managing schedule, student payroll, rooms and instructional supplies for workshops and other study programs.

8. Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program.

9. Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues.

10. Assist students on course selection, study habits and career selection.

11. Prepare and maintain student records according to district policies

and administrative regulations collaboratively with the Principal.

12. Work with parents, teachers and counsellors and school leaderships

to address students’ behavioral, academic, and other problems.

13. Assist in updating lesson content and instruction methodology.

14. Assist in development of training modules and programs.

15. Coordinate with teachers and centre coordinators to develop lesson

Plans & Materials and take classes as & when needed / instructed.

Qualification: Graduate /Post-Graduate with B.Ed /M.Ed degree, and a minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience. Experienced Chemistry Teacher for Classes 6 to 10, with 2–3 years of experience as Coordinator.
