We are planning to launch a modern early years and junior school in Islamabad and are looking for a passionate, experienced, and visionary education professional to join us during the foundational stage of the project.

The ideal candidate may currently be working as a:

• Principal
• Academic Coordinator
• Curriculum Developer
• Senior Teacher
• Montessori Directress
• Early Years Coordinator
• School Administrator

We are seeking someone who can play a leading role in the planning, setup, and academic development of a child-centered school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and launching a new school campus
• Advise on suitable school location and campus setup
• Design engaging and child-friendly classrooms and learning spaces
• Develop academic systems and classroom structures
• Help select or develop curriculum for early years and junior grades
• Recruit, train, and mentor teachers
• Establish school policies, SOPs, and operational workflows
• Support admissions planning and parent engagement
• Implement activity-based and creative learning methodologies
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality educational environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in schools or early years education
• Leadership or coordination experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Montessori, EYFS, or activity-based learning
• Experience in curriculum planning and teacher mentoring
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage both academic and administrative responsibilities
• Experience in launching or managing a school campus will be highly preferred

Academic Qualification
University degree in Education

Compensation

Salary package will be offered according to qualification, experience, and expertise.
