Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand student aspirations and recommend appropriate academic programs and universities that align with their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Maintain and update student records, communication logs, and sales activities in CRM software.
• Stay informed about international education trends, university admissions processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Provide end-to-end support to students during the application process, including document preparation, submission, and interview preparation.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Should be in Depended VISA/ Own Visa
• Should have strong command in English language and Malayalam is also required
• Should be above 25 years of age
• Should join immediately
• Female Candidates preferred
