Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for block mold sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with contractors, precast manufacturers, block factories, and construction companies.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including mold specifications, applications, and customization options.
  • Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction equipment, block machinery, molds.
  • Strong technical understanding of block molds, concrete products, or similar equipment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license (if job is based in UAE).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
