Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for block mold sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with contractors, precast manufacturers, block factories, and construction companies.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Provide technical support to customers, including mold specifications, applications, and customization options.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Support after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction equipment, block machinery, molds.
- Strong technical understanding of block molds, concrete products, or similar equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license (if job is based in UAE).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
