Position: Academic Counsellor
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: Minimum 1 years
Location: Vennala, Kochi

• Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Responsible for calling prospective students and follow-ups on a daily basis.
• Handling emails and Chats.
• Counselling the students with proper information and enrol the students in various courses.
• Counsel students/parents on the phone and give them the right career option for courses.
• Responsible for generating walk-ins by ensuring regular follow-ups of prospective clients.
• Assist in managing the daily operation of the branch office to meet business goals and Reporting to Higher officials with proper reports.
• Collect fees, perform basic accounting, and liaise with the accounts department.
• Complete the student registration process.
• Create video presentations for promoting various courses.
• Coordinate farewell programs for each batch.
