About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Academic Counselor / Sales Consultant who can confidently explain our industry-focused IT training programs to students and parents.

This role involves:

• Direct counseling (in-person)

• Phone consultations

• Guiding students to choose the right IT career path

• Ideal Candidate Profile Educational Background (Preferred)
• B.Tech (Computer Science / IT)

BSc Computer Science
MCA
Or similar IT background
IT knowledge is important to explain programs clearly.

Communication Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong English communication(Preffered)

• Fluent Malayalam communication

Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
Confident presentation skills

Key Responsibility

• Understand student career goals

• Explain our IT training programs

• Conduct consultation calls

• Convert leads into enrollments

• Follow up with interested students

• Maintain CRM / lead tracking

Most Important Requirement: SALES SKILL

We are looking for someone who:

• Can build trust

• Handles objections confidently

• Understands consultative selling

• Has strong persuasion skills

• Is target-oriented

Experience in:

• Education sales

• EdTech sales

• IT training sales

• Career consulting

is a strong advantage.
