Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹35-50k per month
• Performance Incentives: Uncapped (Total earning potential ₹80,000 – ₹2,00,000+ per month)
• Full-time | Remote
• 6 days/week

What Youll Be Doing

• Handling pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
• Conducting structured sales calls via Zoom/Google Meet
• Understanding business owners’ export goals and positioning our solutions accordingly
• Following up with serious prospects
• Owning revenue targets and monthly closures
• Maintaining CRM discipline

Who This Is For

• 1–3+ years of sales experience (coaching / high-ticket / B2B preferred)
• Currently earning less than your true potential
• Confident on video calls
• Strong objection handling skills
• High ownership mindset
• Comfortable working with revenue targets
• Fluent in Hindi and English
