Academic Counselor - Sales (Entry Level)

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and friendly Sales & Career Advisor to guide students toward the right courses and career paths. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, believes in education's power to transform lives, and wants to grow fast in the education sales domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses (Graphic Design, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, etc.)
• Follow up with leads from social media, ads, and website forms
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and coordinate with the marketing team
• Work closely with the Senior Sales Head to achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Participate in college outreach programs, events, and student webinars when needed

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (must) — top-notch verbal and written communication is essential
• Passion for education, sales, and helping students grow
• Confident, energetic, and eager to learn new systems
• Good computer and social media familiarity
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
