Academic Mentor: Inspire and Guide Students to Success

We're looking for dedicated and passionate Academic Mentors to empower learners and make a lasting impact on their educational journey. As an Academic Mentor, you'll be a supportive guide and motivator, working closely with students, educators, and families to create a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentorship: Build trusting relationships with students, lead co-curricular activities, and collaborate with teachers to address student challenges.

- Academic Support: Track student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide tailored support.

- Family Engagement: Communicate with parents/guardians, facilitate meetings, and advise on supporting learning at home.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records, analyze academic data, and utilize digital tools to monitor progress.

Requirements:

- Passion for mentoring and student development

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive and analytical approach

- Proficiency with digital tools and data management systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
