About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Academic Mentors who are passionate about guiding students towards academic success and personal growth. In this role, you will be both a motivator and role model—supporting students in overcoming challenges, building confidence, and unlocking their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support their overall development.
• Lead co-curricular activities, clubs, and enrichment programs that extend learning beyond the classroom.
• Work closely with teachers and counsellors to identify and address academic or behavioural challenges.
• Monitor student performance, identify learning gaps, and deliver tailored academic support.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians, ensuring alignment on progress and goals.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, performance, and behaviour using digital tools for reporting.
• Analyse academic data to recommend interventions and drive continuous improvement.
