- Support program operations, academic advising, curriculum, quality assurance, and faculty recruitment.

Implement program action plans and strategic goals under the Director’s guidance.

Coordinate advising, course substitutions, study plan modifications, and student requests.

Work with Academic Planning & QA to ensure course quality; prepare new course proposals.

Maintain syllabi, policies, publications, and program records.

Track enrollment, analyze faculty workload, and prepare reports.

Serves Digital Measures representative and support faculty evaluations.

Develop faculty professional development initiatives.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for program coordination.

Perform other duties to achieve program objectives.
Qualifications
MA in a relevant field with relevant work experience
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic
Excellent interpersonal skills, teaching skills and in dealing with students
At least three (3) years’ experience in higher education
Excellent coordination, planning and organizational skills
Ability to use Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Electronic Presentation, E-mail, with ability to learn and effectively use applications and e-portals used for academic purposes
Ability to build good rapport with a variety of students, faculty and student advisors or counselors
Service oriented attitude, flexible, patient and creative
