Project Specialist (Arabic)

About the Project



We are looking for an Arabic Speaking project specialist for our project which focuses on delivering large-scale awareness and capacity-building initiatives aimed at promoting responsible digital behaviour and strengthening digital literacy across diverse community groups. It includes developing educational content, running public engagement campaigns, coordinating workshops and activations, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to create measurable social impact. The work combines structured project delivery with creative outreach and requires strong coordination across technical, content, and operational streams.



About the Role



This role offers a clear growth pathway toward Project Manager, supported by biannual performance reviews and progressive responsibility across planning, delivery ownership, and stakeholder engagement.



Responsibilities



Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Support end-to-end delivery of project activities including content, campaigns, events, tools, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Track timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.


Operations & Documentation

  • Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, trackers, weekly reports, and status dashboards.
  • Maintain organized project documentation (deliverables, approvals, stakeholder inputs).
  • Support procurement processes, onboarding, and operational logistics when required.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support communication with government entities, partners, and contributors.
  • Follow up on actions and inputs from stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, review sessions, and activations.


Content & Program Support

  • Support development of awareness materials (presentations, guides, campaigns).
  • Assist with quality checks and alignment to project objectives and branding.
  • Contribute to monitoring KPIs and impact metrics.


Continuous Improvement

  • Identify delivery gaps and propose practical improvements.
  • Support evaluation activities and lessons-learned exercises.




Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or delivery roles.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic required).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with government or social impact projects is an advantage.
