Academic Projects and Training Engineer

As an Academic Projects and Training Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of engineering talent by providing hands-on training, guidance, and support to engineering students undertaking senior design projects, postgraduate students on their research projects as well as engineers in enhancing their hands-on skills. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at enriching the academic experience and fostering practical skills development among engineering students, engineers and hobbyists.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-On Training: Deliver hands-on training programs to empower students and engineers in their projects.

Embedded Systems Instruction: Teach courses on embedded systems, including Arduino and Raspberry Pi.

Curriculum Development: Create and refine course materials to align with industry standards and academic objectives.

Project Generation: Inspire creativity by generating innovative project ideas tailored to students' interests and industry relevance.

Supervision and Mentorship: Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to students, offering technical expertise and constructive feedback.

Academic Competition: Design and deliver competitions aligned with Besomi Academy’s courses to spread awareness of our activities.

Resource Management: Manage equipment and facilities to create a conducive learning environment.

Course Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures and practical sessions on various engineering topics.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance training programs based on student feedback and industry benchmarks.

Professional Development: Stay updated on advancements in engineering education and technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in hands-on training, project supervision, and curriculum development in an academic setting.

Expertise in embedded systems, microcontroller programming, and platforms like Arduino and Raspberry Pi.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
