Job description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Student Coordinator to act as the primary contact between students, faculty, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support & Guidance
- Serve as the first point of contact for students regarding academic and administrative queries.
- Provide guidance to students on course schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving student issues and escalate concerns to management when required.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate between students, faculty, and administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate regularly with students about schedules, deadlines, and events.
- Assist in organizing orientations, workshops, and training sessions.
Record Keeping & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Update and manage student databases and files.
- Prepare reports on student activities and share with management.
Event & Program Support
- Help plan and execute student activities, events, and meetings.
- Ensure proper logistics and communication for student programs.
- Gather and analyze student feedback to improve programs and services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year relevant Experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with student management systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude, approachable personality, and problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
