Academic/Student Coordintor

Job description:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Student Coordinator to act as the primary contact between students, faculty, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Guidance

  • Serve as the first point of contact for students regarding academic and administrative queries.
  • Provide guidance to students on course schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving student issues and escalate concerns to management when required.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate between students, faculty, and administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate regularly with students about schedules, deadlines, and events.
  • Assist in organizing orientations, workshops, and training sessions.

Record Keeping & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
  • Update and manage student databases and files.
  • Prepare reports on student activities and share with management.

Event & Program Support

  • Help plan and execute student activities, events, and meetings.
  • Ensure proper logistics and communication for student programs.
  • Gather and analyze student feedback to improve programs and services.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Minimum intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year relevant Experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with student management systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, approachable personality, and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
