Academy Manager -Qatar

We are seeking a driven and experienced Academy Manager to lead our expanding operations in Qatar. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the GCC market, a passion for education, and the ambition to scale a high-performing academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily academy operations and ensure excellence in program delivery
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of coaches and staff
• Drive strategic growth and expansion of the academy across Qatar and the wider GCC
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and develop the academy’s clientele base
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align academy goals with organizational vision

Requirements:

• Proven experience in academy or training center management within the GCC
• Strong leadership, business development, and operational skills
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus
• Immediate availability preferred
• Familiarity with Qatar labor laws and education sector dynamics
