ACCA Trainee – IT Audit

Audit Alliance LLP is looking for 2 ACCA trainees to join our IT Audit team in Lahore.

The selected candidates will assist the IT audit team in performing audit procedures over IT general controls, system-generated reports, automated controls, access management, change management, backup and recovery, and other technology-related audit areas. This role is suitable for ACCA Finalists and Affiliates who want to develop practical experience in IT audit, assurance, and audit documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in IT audit and assurance engagements. Prepare audit working papers and documentation. Review user access listings, system reports, screenshots, policies, and other audit evidence. Support testing of IT general controls, including access management, program changes, backup and recovery, and IT operations. Assist in documenting walkthroughs, control testing, and audit conclusions. Coordinate with senior team members and follow firm documentation standards. Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct during client engagements.

Requirements

ACCA Finalist and Affiliate. Basic understanding of accounting, audit, and internal controls. Interest in IT audit, systems, cybersecurity, and data-related audit work. Good Microsoft Excel and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and work under supervision.
