Accessories Expert - Subaru

Act as a subject matter expert for accessories selection, fitment, customer consultation, and product training.

Support workshops and showrooms in technical and commercial decisions to maximize conversion and maintain brand

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend correct accessories based on model fitment, compatibility, and customer needs.
  • Support sales and service advisors with product knowledge and pricing queries.
  • Ensure correct installation standards and provide technician guidance when needed.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, catalog training, and feature-benefit selling techniques.
  • Review technical bulletins, compatibility updates, and product revisions.
  • Audit branch display, tools, fitment readiness, and customer-facing presentation.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, warranty claims, and improvement requests.

  • Conversion rate (quoted vs. sold).
  • Technical accuracy & zero re-fit issues.
  • Internal training hours delivered.
  • Customer satisfaction & complaint rate.
  • Fitment knowledge, catalog reading, customer communication, commercial mindset, workshop coordination.
