Position Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Accommodation Supervisor to manage staff housing mainly for nannies and other workers.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Regularly update the accommodation plan and rooms inventory.
• Report incidents in the accommodation and report immediately to the Department Head.
• Handle workers welfare and concerns related to rooms and privacy.
• Coordinate with the concerned company relating to all maintenance issues.
• To ensure that all cleaning staff assigned in the accommodation has thoroughly cleaned, to maintain the hygiene standards provide a healthy environment.
• Daily checking in the accommodation for anything unusual to be noted and reported to the Administration Department.
• Arrange rooms for new workers as per the SOP’s. Handle and control their movements and shifting inside the accommodation.
• Prepare and maintain up to date inventory lists for all flats and accommodation

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in managing accommodation or similar work is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to handle problems and work independently.
• Friendly and respectful attitude toward staff.
