Accommodation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned company accommodation facilities
• Register workers, allocate rooms, and maintain accurate occupancy records and camp inventory
• Conduct random checks of all floors and rooms to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with camp rules
• Ensure hygiene and proper upkeep of all camp facilities
• Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance issues covering electrical, plumbing, and civil works through to closure
• Monitor camp discipline and enforce company policies at all times
• Strictly control alcohol, smoking in restricted areas, and other prohibited activities, applying a zero-tolerance approach to misconduct
• Monitor and control movement of residents and visitors in line with camp policies
• Coordinate with security and cleaning teams to maintain hygiene, discipline, and safety
• Ensure no discrimination in accommodation allocation on the basis of nationality, religion, or ethnicity
• Act promptly during emergencies, assisting with hospital transfers, medical coordination, and related arrangements
• Handle employee concerns relating to accommodation professionally, escalating to Human Resources where required
• Liaise with Human Resources and site management on employee accommodation, check-in, check-out, and exit clearance
• Coordinate transportation and logistics as required
• Maintain proper documentation of camp coordinators and residents across all UAE locations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and UAE labour regulations and camp standards at all times
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Word Mandatory
• Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Direct UAE labour camp experience.
• Working knowledge of UAE labour camp standards and inspection processes
• Experience supervising accommodation, security, or cleaning staff
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and MS Office for records and reporting
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Physically fit, field-based, and available to respond outside standard hour
