Accounts & Admin Executive

Salary: Decent package + Performance-Based Incentives

We are looking for a versatile Accounts & Admin Executive to manage accounting tasks, support office operations, and handle customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and good with both numbers and people.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting: invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and reporting
• Handle multi-company accounts, ledgers, and financial compliance
• Prepare financial summaries and assist in cash flow/expense tracking
• Support office administration: documentation, record management, coordination
• Attend calls, assist customers, and provide follow-up support
• Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in accounts, office administration, and customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office (Zoho Books/Tally experience preferred)
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
