Scope And Responsibilities
  • Electronically, post and track client reports and statements within the OCP Admins database platform.
  • Provide ongoing support to CRM and OCP Admins database users.
  • Process and maintain data within the CRM system (Salesforce), encompassing tasks such as updating client information, contact data, account and mailing records.
  • Maintain high data quality by conducting routine reconciliations and regular maintenance within the CRM system and OCP Admins database to standardize data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage and process mass e-mail communications for clients and prospects, including the use of HTML e-mail templates.
  • Leverage creativity and innovative thinking to streamline administrative processes and contribute new ideas for enhancing client communications and data management.
Experience required
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Previous experience working with a CRM data management system, preferably Salesforce, and mass email tools including those utilizing HTML templates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, including independently prioritizing and initiating additional value-added activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize diverse workloads for self and others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage mass mailing distributions.
