Job Title: Admin Account Assistant (Female)
Location: Ajman

Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Admin Account Assistant (Female) to join our office staff in Ajman. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative and accounting tasks, supporting day-to-day operations. The role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, record-keeping, expense tracking, and QuickBooks entries.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Schedule appointments and manage staff calendars.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and documents.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and managing financial records.
  • Keep the office environment clean and organized.
  • Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the online or in-person interview.

Qualifications:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or admin accounts tasks, including QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or accounting role is a plus.
