We are a sales and business development firm bringing modern telecommunications solutions to local consumers in Woodland Hills and nearby communities. Our firm partners closely with AT&T to deliver high-quality sales service that helps customers make confident decisions about their communications needs.

As the Account Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with residential customers by presenting and selling cutting-edge AT&T wireless solutions. This role is a perfect blend of sales execution and client relationship management. Success in this Account Associate role is directly tied to performance, making it an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals. Each Account Associate team member receives comprehensive training and support needed to excel both within our company and in the industry at large.

Account Associate Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional sales presentations to residential customers for AT&T's wireless services.
  • Act as the primary contact for acquired accounts, fostering long-term customer loyalty and driving repeat business.
  • Strategically identify customer needs and successfully match them with the right wireless telecom products and plans.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using our internal Account Associate systems.
  • Collaborate with the management team to analyze sales data and develop strategies for market penetration and account growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with all AT&T brand standards and Account Associate guidelines in every customer interaction.
  • Actively participate in ongoing product knowledge sessions to stay current on all AT&T offerings and industry trends.

Account Associate Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • A demonstrated history of reliability and personal accountability.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Natural persuasive ability and comfort in a direct sales environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a contributing member of a high-performing Account Associate team.
  • A professional appearance and polished communication style.
  • Proficiency with basic technology and CRM software (we will provide Account Associate training on our specific systems).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
