Account Coordinator

Brilliant, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies is seeking a Full-time Account Coordinator to help support the agency’s award-winning earned influencer, media and brand campaign team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of full-time agency experience in consumer products PR or integrated marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication:
  • Assist with drafting client updates, reports, and meeting agendas.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings, taking detailed notes.
    
• Media Relations:
  • Support media outreach efforts by building and updating media lists, pitching stories, and tracking coverage.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Entering and confirming product sample requests.
  • Vetting and responding to inbound influencer and media inquiries.
    
• Press Materials Development:
  • Assist in creating press releases, pitches, media alerts, bios, and other comms materials.
    
• Research:
  • Support with vendor research as needed and competitor activity.
    
• Reporting:
  • Familiarity with Cision, Coverage Book, Muck Rack, TV Eyes, Creator IQ, or comparable platforms to pull placements and upload into client reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of PR agency experience in the consumer goods industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for staying ahead of trends

Salary
Depends on experience: $45,000-$53,000
