This isn’t just account management—it’s about being a strategic client success champion for the new age communications stack, an Arabic-first creative thinker, and an inspiring people leader who thrives on delivering impact. You’ll be the one guiding our teams, growing relationships, and making sure every engagement from LPS leaves a mark. You will also be part of the control room taking key decisions and driving processes for the agency.

What You’ll Do


  • Own the relationship: Build, grow, and retain high-value partnerships with government and semi-government clients.
  • Drive business impact: Lead accounts towards ambitious revenue and bottom-line targets—P&L ownership is your superpower.
  • Lead with vision: Mentor and inspire a team of account managers, content creators, and executives—ensuring 360° delivery across strategy, content, shoots, platform management, community growth, and reporting.
  • Shape creativity: Provide sharp creative judgment, build style guides, and help define brand voice and tone.
  • Keep it moving: Oversee day-to-day operations—social calendars, posting, community management, reporting—and make sure nothing slips.
  • Deliver results: Take full responsibility for meeting KPIs and ensuring brand deliverables are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Be the agency voice: Act as an ambassador of LPS internally and externally, building thought leadership and trust with stakeholders.


What We’re Looking For


  • 8+ years’ experience leading accounts in creative, digital, and social media agencies in the UAE, KSA or wider Middle East.
  • A strong track record in digital-first and social-first brand engagements.
  • Proven chops in P&L management, team leadership, and new account wins.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple accounts and timelines with ease.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit—you spot business opportunities and chase growth.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (perfect grammar, flawless prose).
  • First-hand knowledge of all things social—from TikTok trends to Instagram stories, memes, GIFs, live content, analytics, scheduling apps, and more.
  • Agile mindset: quick to react, fast to deliver, and comfortable with real-time content needs.
  • Creative at heart, business-minded in action, and always curious to learn.
  • A true team player, comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like agency culture.
