As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager based in Riyadh to lead key client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager with a strong background in managing corporate and government clients specifically in KSA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in top-tier marketing, advertising, social, or digital agencies and a proven track record in acquiring new clients and projects within the Saudi market. Experience in the wider GCC market will be considered a plus. You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving business development, and leading the execution of impactful campaigns for clients across the KSA and GCC.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders in corporate and government sectors within KSA. Serve as a strategic partner, ensuring that campaigns exceed client expectations and align with their business objectives.

Business Development & Client Acquisition:
Drive agency growth by identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new clients and projects. Leverage your deep understanding of the KSA corporate and government sectors to secure new business opportunities. Experience working in the wider GCC market is an advantage.

Campaign Leadership:
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for corporate and government clients within KSA, ensuring they meet client objectives and industry standards.

Strategic Consultation & Planning:
Collaborate with clients to define key business objectives and develop tailored strategies that address their unique challenges. Provide ongoing counsel to refine strategies and optimize performance in alignment with market trends.

Project Management Excellence:
Lead the execution of client projects, ensuring deliverables meet high standards and are completed within scope, budget, and timeline, particularly for government and corporate clients in KSA.

Integrated Team Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns across all marketing touchpoints, creating cohesive, high-impact strategies.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports that provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize strategies.

Industry Expertise & Networking:
Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing, advertising, and digital strategies within the KSA market. Use your professional network in KSA and GCC to identify business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:

Experience:
7-10 years of proven experience in account management, business development, or sales in the KSA marketing, advertising, communications, or digital services landscape. Experience managing corporate and government clients in the KSA is a must.

KSA Market Knowledge:
Deep knowledge and understanding of the Saudi market, specifically in handling large-scale corporate accounts and government clients. Experience in the GCC region is a plus.

Business Development Expertise:
Proven ability to acquire new clients and business opportunities in Saudi Arabia, with a network of contacts and a strong grasp of local industry dynamics. GCC market experience will be considered a bonus.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong client management skills with the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives for both corporate and government clients.

Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Ability to leverage existing networks and develop new business relationships within KSA and GCC markets to drive agency growth.
