Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, managing accounts receivable, handling tax reporting, maintaining customer records, and supporting financial reporting activities. This role requires strong communication skills, ERP (SAP) experience, and knowledge of sales tax and provisional tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices in ERP (SAP) in a timely manner
  • Maintain and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely collections
  • Prepare and file general sales tax and provisional tax reports in compliance with regulations
  • Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with company policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in ERP (SAP)
  • Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance processes
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and assist in reconciliations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with policies
  • Stay updated on relevant tax laws and accounting regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1 - 2 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of sales tax and provisional tax regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
