Account Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial operations while maintaining proper documentation. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring cash deposits for all facilities and third parties.
• Verifying all document trials to support payment processes.
• Handling GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and managing advances.
• Keeping filing records updated for tax and external audits.
• Preparing imprest sheets for all departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• SAP software knowledge is MUST.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
