PTC is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our sales organization where you will have the opportunity work with the acknowledged leader in the incredibly dynamic CAD, PLM, ALM, and SLM space. Our current customer base includes a growing number of companies in a range of industries, like Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Electronics & Hi-Tech, MedTech and Industrials.

As a Sales Account Executive, you are responsible for the sales of our Core Products in the MEA region, with a focus on Saudi. We are looking for motivated sales professionals who are action-oriented and hungry for success.

Your Day-To-Day:

  • Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals, you’ll be the catalyst for new business growth.
  • Drive strategic outreach: Identify and engage with new customers and partners across diverse manufacturing sectors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams (technical experts, product specialists, customer success) and external partners (resellers, system integrators) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Champion innovation: Translate complex technology into clear business value, helping customers envision and realize their digital future.
  • Forecast with precision: Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts to support business planning.

Your Skills and Knowledge:

  • Between 5 and 10 years of software sales experience with a proven track record, with knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing industry in the Saudi region
  • Experience in selling to C-level executives a major plus
  • Must be an effective communicator and have an ability to work well within a “team” environment, particularly within the Sales and Marketing departments
  • Ability to create and present professional, effective presentations
  • Excellent research and analysis skills
  • Ability to work with high-level executives on various partnering activities with tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, where diplomacy, project management, and negotiating skills are essential
  • Fluent English is mandatory, Arabic is considered an advantage
