Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive who is primarily responsible for internal enterprise relationship management for the Aetna Mental Well-Being/Resources for Living book of business, specifically our Aetna Medicare plan sponsor. Aetna Medicare is considered a plan sponsor to RFL and this position would be part of the team who supports the health and development of this customer. The position requires a background in client relationship management, project management, and a growth and retention mindset. The primary success metrics for this role will be client retention, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.

The role will support the primary Account Manager for the RFL's program with Aetna Medicare and may expand to support of other enterprise customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Manages project plans for RFL/Medicare initiatives and implementations and works across functions to ensure successful execution.

  • Creates client reporting and data driven insights to demonstrate program value and identifies opportunities for program evolution.

  • Manages, develops, and cultivates relationships with key Medicare contacts, support areas (i.e, care management) and vendors.

  • Supports MWB leadership team in innovating programs for Aetna Medicare through Mental Well-being and Resources for Living offerings.

  • Investigates and follows through on customer escalations.

  • Supports execution of profitable retention and growth, strategic initiatives, relationship development and service excellence.

  • Supports new enterprise plan sponsor onboarding, if applicable.

  • Ensures initiatives and action items are in alignment with client objectives and member program strategy.

  • Partners with cross-functional teams in working with internal enterprise plan sponsor services to ensure programs and services are implemented correctly.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years account management or customer service experience in Behavioral Health, Medicare, Employee Assistance Programs, or healthcare field.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook).

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong reporting and data analytics mindset, including proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI or other similar tools.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively resolve difficult disputes and business challenges with peers, clients, brokers, and consultants.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively with various constituents (internal/external) to determine the best possible solution/path forward.

  • Proactive, organized and detail oriented, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
