Account Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our construction company in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally ERP, basic accounting principles, and the ability to coordinate with auditors and management for financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client billing.
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements, petty cash reports, and vouchers.
• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date in Tally ERP.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with the auditor.
• Support the auditor during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Maintain proper records of project-wise expenses, materials, and vendor accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Handle basic payroll and employee expense reimbursements when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / or Diploma in Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (construction field preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills with auditors and management.

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
