Account Executive

Job Title

Account Executive (Client Services / Account Management)

Location: Chino, CA (On-site)

Reporting to: Account Director / Client Service Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Account Executive to support client accounts and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives.

This role serves as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, coordinating internal teams and helping translate marketing strategies into high-quality execution. The ideal candidate has agency experience, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Understand client objectives and requirements, and translate them into clear internal briefs
  • Maintain consistent, professional communication to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention

2. Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal teams including Paid Media, Content, Creative, Data, and Tech
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Schedule and prepare for client meetings, including agendas and meeting notes
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and project updates for clients

3. Digital Marketing Support

  • Support planning and execution across digital marketing channels such as Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, CRM, and Content Marketing
  • Assist with campaign launches, asset coordination, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis

4. Reporting & Insights

  • Collect and analyze campaign and operational data
  • Translate performance data into clear, client-friendly insights and recommendations
  • Help explain results, key drivers, and optimization opportunities

5. Commercial & Growth Support

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support contract renewals, budget extensions, and basic commercial discussions
  • This role is not quota-carrying, but strong business and commercial awareness is expected

Requirements

1. Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, consulting firm, or MarTech company
  • Prior experience in Account Executive, Account Manager, Client Services, or similar roles preferred

2. Professional Skills

  • Familiarity with major digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, SEO, and Email/CRM
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals including funnels, ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

3. Communication

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus

4. Personal Attributes

  • Highly responsible, dependable, and able to work under pressure
  • Client-oriented but able to maintain professional judgment (not “yes-only”)
  • Fast learner with curiosity for new industries, tools, and technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with SaaS, B2B, cross-border, or e-commerce clients
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation concepts and tools (e.g. lead nurturing, workflows, lifecycle stages)
  • Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM / marketing automation tools
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or other analytics platforms
  • Exposure to media buying, performance optimization, or campaign analysis
  • Clear growth potential from Account Executive to Account Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
