Account Executive

Accountant- Role Summary

  • Oversee daily petty cash operations, ensuring accurate recording and documentation of all transactions.
  • Retrieve daily bank statements and enter transactions into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and update statuses in shared communication channels. Assist in the preparation of reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate payroll processing, including verifying working days and handling payroll discrepancies.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of petty cash, bank statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports for management review, focusing on key financial metrics. Assist in tracking departmental performance against budgetary goals.
  • Manage cash disbursements against approved advances and expense invoices

Experience : 1-2 Years (Preferably 3PL companies in UAE )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
