Key Responsibilities 1. Export Documentation & Invoicing
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and other export documents
- Verify shipment documents as per LC / contract terms
- Coordinate with logistics and export teams for documentation accuracy
2. Bank & Financial Coordination
- Submit export documents to banks for negotiation / collection
- Track Export Proceeds Realization (EPR)
- Follow up on LC discrepancies and bank queries
- Assist in rebate / DLTL / incentive documentation where applicable
3. Accounts & Reconciliation
- Record export sales in accounting system
- Maintain customer ledgers for export buyers
- Reconcile bank receipts vs invoices
- Monitor outstanding export receivables
4. Compliance & Regulatory Work
- Ensure compliance with SBP, customs, and export regulations
- Assist in PSW documentation and submission
- Maintain export audit records
5. Reporting
- Prepare export sales reports
- Track shipment vs payment status
- Support management with financial export data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in export accounts / export documentation
- Strong knowledge of export banking procedures
Required Skills
- Understanding of LC, CAD, TT payment methods
- Knowledge of export documentation
- Good coordination with banks and clearing agents
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Attention to detail
Preferred Experience (Plus Point)
- Experience in rice / commodity exports
- Experience with PSW system
- Knowledge of export rebates / incentives
